My youngest brother is gone in the same way. He was babysitting for me the last night he was alive. I hugged him goodbye with promises of seeing each other again. The next time I saw him was two days later and I was sobbing over his body in his room.

My old boss came to the funeral. F*ck Logan and his baby. If this was really your friend, If they cared about you they would have said SOMETHING.

You are not responsible to hold his hand through his grief now that he knows what it’s like.

You are so strong and amazing for taking on the funeral planning alone.

Protect yourself. Logan isn’t someone you need in your life. You would be the bigger person replying with “I’m sorry for your loss.” They deserve nothing more than that from you.
