The AKA and the The Kratom Consumer Safety Act (KCPA)

I discovered it prob over a decade ago via the internet, and I'm shocked it's still legal.

It totally makes sense that it should be legal considering how many people it helps, especially when you consider the cost.risk/benefit of alcohol, nicotine, and other substances that have basically been grandfathered into being legal even though they carry heavier risks IMO than anything that anti kratom legislators oppose against kratom. When it helps this many people, it makes no sense to me that kratom can't be regulated similar to alcohol where its risks are communicated to the consumer.

Def never would be possible without the AKA and BEA(forgot what they were called before), and ever since they've been around they've been surprisingly effective.
