Honestly, for me, I can't help but think that......if I'm going to end up playing a Harry Potter game just because I want to "exist" in the world, and it'll end up feeling kinda like a mobile game, I'd rather just play the free mobile game?

Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery isn't anything fantastic, but it's......just kind of a pretty good mobile game, and it's Harry Potter, the story is alright, the characters are charming enough, there's a fair amount of character customization and player engagement. Only real issue is the grind is.....fucking insane, but from what I can tell everything IS achievable without spending real money? And most of what you need to grind for is more just.....extra dialogue options, the main story happens either way. So, idk, if you're a Harry Potter fan, it's pretty aight.
