I am having problems with redeeming the FFXIV registration/PSN store access code and unable to buy the game from the PSN Store.

You: I upgraded to the PS4 from the free voucher service that ended on April !st. You: It canceled my old PS3 registered copy. I had to buy a new one. Agent Melinda: Did you contact Best Buy? You: What would that do, when future customers that bought a new copy were denied from the service? You: This problem has been around for a week or longer, and your customer service has nothing to help us. Agent Melinda: At this time, we are unable to assist. It sounds like there is an issue with SONY's code redemption system. The game with a valid code. Therefore, this is not at SQUARE ENIX's fault. Agent Melinda: The game came with a valid code.* You: It came with a vaild code that both your companies are able to print. for the pSN. Agent Melinda: You can either contact SONY and explain to them your issue on to why a valid code is not being accepted. Or contact Best Buy in regards to a refund.
