Not to mention the reason the few trads I know went into it was not simply because it was the cool or hip thing to do. It spoke to them. If anything making it hip or cool in some ways has ruined the culture. Thus you get real life trads who are for the most part well balanced individuals in my experience and those online who claim to be trads (who knows if they really are. I'm sure plenty are just larpers, chan trolls or at best airing greivances) are just in it for reasons not due to faith necessarily, or rather a kind of immature faith that deals more in memes and outlandish statements. If anything we need more of those who are in it for God, not because its hip and my hope is that is who the rank and file of TLM attendees are, not a bunch of wannabe crusaders claiming that any Catholic not like them must be some leftist heretic witch.
