I'm the OP. I know the only reason why they hired me is because I'm very good at my job which is very niche, I know I'm an asset for the company, but really, my office feels like a sect more than an office. All of them are either family or long time friends, they have ties between them, and the CEO is very outspoken about the Opus Dei, with the rest of them being very religious, but not too on my face-religious.

I suspect my boss also belongs to the same sect because the CEO's daughter (who's also my boss' wife) is a member of the Opus Dei. So I think it's safe to assume my boss is too.

A few people suggested I go "over their head" and talk to a parish or religious leader at a local catholic church. I'm not sure if that would have any effect or if they'll sweep it under the rag or even wind up causing me trouble.
