I am  so glad you posted this first of all. I had so many similar thoughts during the last episode.      I agree with every part of your post except I would like to ask if you don't get the sense as I do, that the woman is not only a woman in recovery from addicton, but also not really in touch from reality for maybe other reasons?  I cringe during her scenes, but I I cannot bring myself to bash her because I can't believe she is in her right mind. 
   I get the sense from what I know is an edited, produced show, that the other ladies don't hate her and that they are holding back from real vitriol toward her, in the way people do when they feel someone is vulnerable. Who else could have come in saying the things she has without being kneed in the shins?  I love that Lisa V at least had the balls to tell her what she needed to hear from the preview. This woman is floundering, and I'm gonna bash her. I just hope she will leave the show and realize this is a mistake.
