My point was just that your issue with anarcho-primitivists is that they have a differing ideology. Criticizing their "ideological purity" while simultaneously espousing conformance to your own is just hypocrisy.

This is certainly a concern if you're an egalitarian humanist. But anarcho-primitivists are, generally speaking, not. Their views tend to be more biocentric/ecocentric. Those that are motivated by anthropocentric concerns (e.g., humanism) might simply believe that the humans that do survive a return to primitivist ways will be better off by their evaluation criterion.
