Andy Warhol's famously said "In the future, everyone will be world-famous for 15 minutes” , people of Reddit who have had their 15 minutes, what was your 15 minutes of fame?

I was an extra in a lesser-known show Will Arnett starred in a few years back. Only one scene with him and I in the same shot ended up making the final cut, but it was pretty cool working on the same set for a couple of days.

At one point, someone from production asked if any of us smoked cigarettes, so myself and another extra I’d made friends with on set (who I’d been smoking outside with to kill downtime) raised our hands. Apparently, they wanted to get an establishing shot of some “stoners” smoking joints in the foreground, as Will walked into the background and the camera then moves and zooms to follow him, beginning the scene. So me and my buddy smoke the fattest American spirit roll-up “joints” I’d ever had, ridiculously fast, as they did about 5 takes of us in various states of hammed-up stoner bliss, taking massive hits off these things until they were gone. It’s a good thing they had to set up a whole different scene right after that because we weren’t feeling too great for a little while lol. Kinda wish they ended up using that one, but neither of us are/were actual actors and we thought the whole thing was hilarious, so the footage probably ended up being a bit too much.
