If you look at my post history it might make a bit more sense. Extreme abuse and torture as a child, no one in my family other than my cats for decades. Long term untreated mental illness... the list goes on. What's different between me killing someone over harming my cat and someone doing the same for hurting their kid? People don't matter to me, the ones who've been in my life always hurt me. I dont care about other people and dont expect them to care about me. When I get home my cats come to me, they sit by my side, they sleep with me. I know they love me and won't hurt me... so yes, I'd carve someones face off for killing my cat. Just as I'd expect you'd want to do if someone hurt your kid.
