Any engineers here start your own business? What kind of business and how did you decide to make the jump?

Im taking that intro to cs course bc it’s not that long and it teaches you how to think Like a programmer and gives you a nice basic foundation of programming. I knew zero programming before this. After I finish that course, I’m moving on to a web development course bc I made the decision to make the first version “of my app” actually a website. Web apps are significantly easier to make than native smartphone apps. Right now I’m just trying to prove a point that there is a market need via the website. If the website shows good usage numbers, within a small pool sample, then I will look into raising money to hire an iOS developer that will join me to make the app.
