Weird thing - blondes I worked with were often asked by their sympathetic male bosses whether I bully them (cause I'm supposed to be an envious bitter hag apparently). Meanwhile some of them were bullying me and getting away with it. One petite blonde literally added mistakes into my work when she had to process it. When I mentioned it to the head of the department (who hired this girl in the first place cause it was her former student - nepotism is big here), both of them started gaslighting me. I quit soon after.

At another workplace some old dude was harassing me (trying to touch me everyday and mixing insults with compliments), when I complained to the bosses (all male team) they laughed and said I was exaggarating and should be grateful in the first place for his attention. He also interrupted my work, literally jumped in front of my screen, interrupted me when I spoke up at meetings etc, claimed I make mistakes etc. He became friends with bosses, they fired me and gave him my position.
