Anyone else's depression interfering with their transition?

What is gmm? I was in a similar spot about a month ago (I think largely due to corona all though I’ve previously been a really depressed person). I’m not 100% better, but what’s helped is pursuing my interests one whim at a time. If I feel like doing a specific thing (learning hair, going thru clothes etc), I just follow the whim and do the thing. I stop as soon as I get cranky and go back to Netflix and YouTube land until I get my next rush. I’ve been slowly building stamina and find a lot of my daily chores much easier to handle.
