Anyone here work as a senior person in the cosmetics industry?

Whatever your thinking is a bad idea. To me your plan is to find a random person to become the CEO or COO? There are many things wrong with this.

  1. You don’t know the person, this entails a whole slew of problems.
  2. Your looking on the internet for this person. Not your friends, previous colleagues or even startup meetups.
  3. If you think headhunters are going to be expensive you cannot even remotely afford the actual higher. No random 15-20 year senior is going to join your startup for cheap. Even if you could convince them to take a 1/3 cut in salary they are easily going to take co-founder status as well.
  4. This is the equivalent of posting “does anyone know a single women I could marry? My accountant says I could write off some expenses if I have a wife”
