They are mixed together. Being fast at pressing the buttons is far less important than knowing which buttons to press. You are trying to force an absurdly narrow definition of player skill. And you are wrong. Is is and should be considered player skill.

My central point is that anyone reading this have enough resources to clear the abyss. They don't need more luck or to get more artifacts. If a fresh account can cobble together a run, then someone with years worth of characters and talent mats and artifacts can do the same. The reason they are not is because they don't now how to put together their teams, build their characters, or execute their runs. You could give any of these accounts to a skilled player and they would swap things around and 36 star the abyss.
