Are half Latinos considered biracial?

I saw that and counteracted lol. I get you but because it's not a usual question it's better to clarify. No worries though. I only think this because i'm biracial jamaican black and white british and my kids' dad is black latino Dominican Republic. The kids know nothing of latin america, they are black hispanic/ but uncultured unidentifying Latinos. Our friends are also Peruvian, bolivian and Colombian. All living in Italy. Some are white, some are black. These are definitely welcomed and thought provoking questions! Probably going to delete this kinda general/ mid personal mssg after a bit. Just ask whatever. Then you'll know, no embarrassment in learning. I tried to give many examples. Not the best thing, i'm sorry. Maybe its only overload and rereading in a few days could help. I'm willing to start a chat about this if you want. So no rush either.
