The Boys is literal dog shit lol. Probably the most low-brow piece of entertainment developed in the last 5 years. It combines everything bad and overdone about contemporary art. Dorky Reddit humor, capeshit, lib virtual signaling, lecherous "jump scare" tier sexual gratuity, and bathroom humor.

It's like Trevor Noah, Stan Lee, the entire cast of the "My Sex Junk" music video, the creator of Funko Pops, and Dan Harmon all walked into a board room, and simultaneously realized that each of them had individually booby trapped each other's chairs with whoopie cushions. Some Amazon executive in the back of the room was just like "yeah we can milk 80 million dollars a season out of any shit these morons put on a whiteboard together, book it".
