I think you may need a lot of opinions..

Here are mine.

I mean I am not trying to gloat but I was my server first possibly world first 50+ AST. so I have been AST for a long time lol.

You also want to try and start the fight with an AoE arrow or balance since that is when everyone is burning their cooldowns and all that.

Balance you give it to the best dps or if the blm is good then you give it to the blm. By doing the math giving blm balance is probably best. Given they are good and can keep doing their fire IV rotation.

My BLM is not very well geared but do 4k per fire IV at ilevel186.

so 10% of that is 400 so that is an extra 400 dps per fire IV and you can do probably 8-10 Fire IVs which is an extra 4k damage but the only downside is in high movement fights then it is better to give it to the best melee dps.

Honestly imo arrow should never be royal roaded ever... since balance and arrow are your best cards.

Give arrow to either the blm or bard. When in doubt give it to the best dps. If its the end up the fight and you want to ensure no one dies then give it to yourself.

Bole is not worth putting on yourself and should always go on the tank taking the most damage.

Ewer should go on you most of the time, It is only around 1300MP and you are the only class with just one OCD mp refresh ability you deserve your own ewer. Unless the other healer is 2-3k MP lower then you. Also if they are 1-2k lower in mp then you and your TD is up then maybe. But really give it to yourself if you want it. You do not owe anyone ewer. if you really do not need it just RR it.

We have TP bars now so we know what to do with spire if no one really needs it RR it.

Spear is for you or for RR. you could AoE it at the start of a fight but doing balance or arrow is way better.
