It has happened to me here on Reddit, via DM whereby they'll use random phrases during the chat but I'll recognise them as code words because these people a limited list of the number of code words they can use. They usually do it to trigger something inside you, like a hidden alter that's already been programmed and is inactive.

Another way they programme your reality is via numbers so for example if they want to kill you via murder/accident/illness/suicide, you'll constantly see the numbers 38, 44 or 46. If you look at the clock, it'll be 11-38, or 10:46 etc. Or you'll get a receipt and the total is $38.44, or when you are on social media, the number of comments on the posts you'll see will be 446, 444 etc.
