In fact, our kids are on a course to being poorer than us, and that's precisely because of our unwillingness to tax wealth or spend for the common good. You know, things that communities do. We've foisted the costs of society onto our children instead of the wealthiest class of rich people who've ever existed in human history....all while making bullshit arguments about not having the money to go around.
