Autistic people of reddit, what in your opinion is the weirdest thing neurotypicals do?

See, this is what I mean. I'm not trying to SeEm VeRy SmArT.

This is just the shit I talk about casually with my autistic roommates. The fact that your conclusion is that i'm trying to be a like smartass or something is exactly why I can't talk to allistic people, you have absolutely Nothing going on inside your heads.

For example the difference between an invasive species and a naturalized one is very arbitrary, like how a weed is just a plant we decide we don't like. We have a neurotic desire to keep the world exactly as we perceive it, but when you think about the millions of years of natural history of the world, species have long migrated and exchanged places all over the globe and have competed and carved new niches. In silicone valley there's developments destroying wetlands and in turn native grasses that local species of birds relied on to nest in, but introduced ornamental grasses have taken their place and are quickly becoming the birds' new places to nest. So is it truly invasive, what is invasive, how can we easily quantify the value any specific species has to an ecosystem? These are questions we need to ask ourselves as the current extinction event continues.

But i'm sure you don't give a shit and what I said just sounds like nonsense to you ;v
