You are either deliberately misrepresenting his point
From the two videos I've seen from him I don't think he makes good points. I've seen him leap to conclusions and I don't understand how he even gets there. Just saying something is a true fact doesn't make it a fact or a true.
If other people think it's a good video that's fine. Probably the same type of people who take one shot case studies at face value, and people who don't care for causation.
He does this thing where he talks about something unrelated, but acts like it relates to D2 without explaining how it relates. I don't know any of the other games he mentions, but I know enough that I don't think they're comparable to D2. If they are, then I'd love to know how. I've never ran across anyone who felt these devices were a must for high end play in D2, but I've come across that sentiment for some other (FPS) games.

Well he didn't really explain anything. There's really just no information in here that I can't get from the advertisement. There's people actually using the devices that he could've talked to, other than the people who use it for accessibility.
He says something about scripts/macros but doesn't mention why that's relevant in D2. Some of us play other games where scripts/macros are perfectly fine. I'd at least expect him to give some examples of what people could do in D2, but again maybe I'm expecting too much.
He reads off the "aim assist" section of the advertisement, but neglects to mention how that actually works. Or if it even works in D2, I've heard a bunch of these features don't even work in D2. This video could've been a lot more informative, but I get the impression he made a very low amount of effort and didn't do any research.
It's funny he mentions someone who uses it early in the video, and it's someone I'm familiar with. I'm just bad, it's not like I can pretend I'd have more of a chance if they weren't using XIM. Everyone I'm aware of would be better than me anyway if they weren't using these devices, and that's not something I can say about all the aimbot/ESP cheaters I've ran into on PC.
