Kinda really bummed about trials this weekend. I'm a PvP player, have pumped 2500 hours into this game over the past three years. My light level isn't up to snuff for trials (the expansion has been out for three weeks, I work a demanding job, yadda yadda). I got up to 1777 or so, and I can't step my foot in the ring for the best PvP weapon they've put in the game.

What's more, they're not raising the level cap next season. It just feels super arbitrary, and like it's punishing me for playing the game the way that I want to play it. I'm full whining, I know, but... it just feels bad. I'm not the best player in the world, but I've been pretty doggedly loyal to Destiny, and put in the time to improve. I guess it's on me at this point, and I'm just screaming into the void, but... yeah.

Bummed.
