Wombs aren’t hard unless there’s a body part (aka baby head, limb etc) pressing on them. 32 weeks is usually the cut off for a finding a new provider… I personally would never allow myself to get a c-section, so this would make me VERY nervous. I fired my midwife during my first labor for telling me I needed an “emergency” c-section. Baby was fine and delivered him about 14 hours later. I went on to have a second child born med free with no interventions and plan to do the same with the baby I’m currently carrying!

In this situation I would personally try to find a different provider, this was easily avoidable, sounds like he does hasty work. Avoid birth trauma if you can!!
