Bachman has attempted to, and I think succeeded in, encapsulating a compelling perspective through a commentary on not just current events but the all too scary reality that faces Americans today. It’s terrifying how many people would see some part of this video and be so charged up and infuriated because of an opinion that it causes them to completely overlook his message. Taking issue with something that registered incorrectly against a viewpoint that has become so foundational to their glorified identity, triggering entitlement or identity politics or somehow proving to be too blasphemous to a “conservative” ideal (whatever that means) to be even considered much less truly wondered about. If you view this objectively and attempt to stand in the shoes of Americans who see what he sees then you know a simple irrefutable fact: We are finished unless we change. We have become so dysfunctionally unhinged as a country and on a global scale. Where the factions speak different languages and see through different build glasses... the stone fact remains.. semantics aside... the numbers just get bigger and the fringes more terrifying.
