Some people have the right idea...others do not. The nerfs did the following:

• Her fair nerf made it more difficult for her to space her fairs against enemies, but a properly spaced fair is still safe on shield.
• Her needles range nerf makes it less safe to camp with needles...but she can still camp with needles.
• Her down-throw 50/50 was nuked so that she no longer has any reliable kill options. This, by itself, hurts her MU with every character. However, there is no specific advantage obtained from this nerf since it doesn't create an opening originally blocked by the 50/50. The fair and needles nerf are different in that they create openings for characters that have spacing/rushdown qualities that Sheik could originally defend against. The dthrow nerf is simply an offensive nerf that the rest of the cast enjoys while Sheik mains (like me) will rage about.

Some thoughts: - Rosalina: Sheik's fair is going to be difficult to break through RosaLuma's wall since the length is shorter. Needles were already kind of useless with Luma around but the range nerf will make them even more useless. RosaLuma definitely has an advantage over her.

• Lucario: Technically, Sheik still dominates Lucario in the neutral and a perfect Sheik should still be able to run circles around Lucario without him being able to do much damage. However, the 50/50 nerf along with the weight nerf plus the room for human error make this MU a lot more problematic. Sheik has to resort on the hard read to finish off Lucario and all Lucario needs is one misstep + rage + aura to destroy Sheiks.

• I don't think Sheik loses to Cloud regardless of the nerfs though. Sheik still excels in aerial combat and still has needles to gimp characters. Cloud is still an easy character to gimp with his shitty recovery. I see this MU as still way in Sheik's favor.

• ZSS still loses to Sheik. ZSS does gain a small advantage from the needles nerf but the nerfs to her grab along with damage/KB definitely neutralize any potential advantage she might have had.
