There is always, always, always a 'why?' That describes the reason a person decided not to do something. It's a rare person who genuinely just can't be bothered. There is more often than not a root cause. We may not see it, the person may not know it themselves, but it's there deep within their mind. No one wants to let mould grow on unwashed dishes, no one wants to let down their loved ones when they ask for a hand, no one wants to let the house or flat get filthy. There is an underlying reason for it. Besides, anyone stating they wanted those things to a psychologist would be assumed to have a condition of some kind. Laziness does not exist! Causes for what we call laziness do exist. Whether that be burnout, physical injury, or psychological issues. It's time this load of old trash called laziness was nuked. Its a concept too often used as excuse to judge and persecute others who have legitimate reasons for their inaction.
