Being stood up

Out of two dates this month I have done this. I had a lovely date with a girl who photos were of her, possibly in the last year but with creative angles, generous clothing which all resulted in not a true reflection of what she actually looked like in the flesh. I felt disheartened from 100m away when I first saw her. I continued with the date to be polite, which went remarkably well considering my feeling upon seeing the real her. I gave up a date night with another girl, drove 10km to her town, she expected me to pick up the tab(I didn’t, I left so guess she picked it up), asked me if I though her pics were accurate and made a joke that she knew they weren’t when I confirmed they were not. I was blunt at the end I would not see her again NOT because I am not attracted to her chosen body shape, but be abuse I felt deceived and what she had done was highly disrespectful. she rebuffed me for being disrespectful, wasting her time and claimed I should have just told her when we met.

2nd date same set up. Average looking body in her pics, recent, full body pics, side view, the full deal. With a suspiciously plump face and cheeks in 1 photo. She unfortunately didn’t get the same courtesy, I learned my lesson. I went alone to the date we planned at a waterfall and met the most amazing lady there, she is curvy as hell, we are engaged and I don’t get fat fished anymore.
