Belgorod (city from which Kharkiv is bombed daily) was hit today.

I had a somewhat annoying discussion yesterday with a guy who was insisting that Russians are blameless and this is all on Putin. What these people do not understand is that a population is responsible for their rulers. Doesn't matter how manipulated elections are or how severe the punishment is for protesting.

We have dozens of popular uprisings in history against much more oppressive regimes. People were killed in droves and still they fought and changed their countries fate.

Russians? Not so much. Some demonstrations during the first week, which immediately stopped when the government pushed back a little.

And that's why I despise the term "Putin's War". It absolves Russians from any responsibility while they are happily bombing Ukraine.
