So i had subbed here in the past, but unsubbed at some point. A couple days ago I saw this sub again and resubbed bc why not right? A political like-minded sub with some good memes!

Now I remember why I unsubbed tho. There are a lot of political subs with a lot of toxicity, which is in their nature I guess. But this sub exists only for the toxicity. That's what I realized. The whole point is to highlight how awful centrists are. Which is fine, except then the sub becomes an exclusively negative place.

OP's post didn't accomplish anything. But by pointing out that circle jerking to political outrage isn't helpful, I'm branded a troll. Hence why I unsub and get downvotes.

It's fine though! I won't be back since I unsubbed. But I'm gonna leave my comment in hopes that someone thinks twice about why they would subscribe to such a negative community. We all know what our values are, this sub doesn't help anyone
