First, saying a ban on abortion oppresses people is obviously a super bias opinion that isn't factual. Your opinion on that is directly tied to when you think life begins.

Second, the border patrol does not violate the 4th amendment. The key word in the 4th is unreasonable. There is nothing unreasonable about searching people near the border.
