Best and worst guest experiences?

I completely understand what both of you are saying. As far as I can remember the only times I've even remotely interrupted an employee was when they were trying to get someone to sign up for power up rewards, and that was just saying things along the lines of "if you are a gamer and shop as GameStop, then you really should sign up". On top of that I am fully aware I don't know nearly as much about a larger variety of games as my friends that do work there (I've known a few of them from way back in elementary and middle school). I never try to step on their feet. I love hanging out and chatting with all of the GS employees when I stop by, but always leave them alone when they are busy or other customers need help.

And again, I like helping people. I do similar things everywhere I go. It doesn't matter if it GS, Best Buy, or even my local grocery stores. The only GS location I've ever gotten confused as an employee at (and only like twice) was where I'm a regular at. Though I also helped a former manager from that store when they were transferred to another location (I was in the area and stopped by to say hi and pick up something), when a customer was asking about a game and they knew I was bigger fan of it than they were.

All in all I'm a gamer, and I want others to enjoy every aspect of being one. It's not just about playing them, it's also about the interactions with others like you. Rather it's wanting to try something new and not really knowing where to start, or feeling welcome your neighborhood store while all the employees are busy at the register or with other guests.
