Hi Katie. I am a "stonk bro". I have never worked in gamestop fyi, does gamestop have a "hub" or "employee news" where frontline employees can post questions or give tips to each other?

I am just wondering because I was in the middle of a similar transformation around 10 years ago. Back in 2012, I worked in retail, my store was going through similar struggles and transformation goals...Rip hhgregg our only competitor.

The way WE survived was to put employees first.
IF YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT HAPPY YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE HAPPY.

Every single employee got a two week, lunch paid, in-person customer service training. They increased pay, hours were stable etc. Company survived. I dont want to keep rambling but in the past year has Gamestop done any quality of life changes (store level wise?)
