"March 28 arrested four members of criminal groups. Special operation took place in three areas - Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Chernihiv. Yesterday in Kiev, arrested the organizer of the murder," - said the head of the metropolitan police.
During the investigation police determined the role of each member of the crime. Initially, the organizer found a murder accomplice. They worked in private security firms Archer - a former soldier.
"The suspects - young athletes. After the crime offenders hiding from the police, went beyond Kyiv" - said Kryshchenko.
Members of the criminal group reported suspicion and four of them chose preventive measure in the form of detention for two months without bail, said Kryshchenko. The question of the arrest of the organizer will consider the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv.
July 1, 2016 in Kyiv Pechersk district two strangers in Balaklava on a motorcycle fired several times at 48-year Opanasiuk when his car stopped at a traffic light. Wounded man was taken to hospital, he had a gunshot injury to the chest, legs and neck.
July 5 Opanasyuk from serious injuries died in hospital Kiev №17 .
"Observer" notes that in 2005 in his own office was killed brother Opanasiuk - Yuri, who at the time served as president of Ukraine Dental Association. Then the killer turned out to be the main counterpart dental Ukraine, which is not appointed to a senior position.
