You're clearly playing to the audience but you missed something so obvious it's you that looks stupid...

I have bought several properties in several EU countries and in each one I have been required to become a resident and/or obtain the correct paperwork and tax number, surely you can't be stupid enough to believe ANY EU country just lets foreigners walk in and buy property?

Also, the properties I now own in several EU countries are in business as you can see you clearly missed reading that part when you quoted me, which means the requirements are somewhat different.

Hopefully, you can wrap your head around this or i suggest some quiet reflection on 'not jumping to conclusions'.
