BODYCAM Stanton Tx Police Illegal Detention and Denial of ADA Rights

Any misdemeanor in Texas (e.g., even not wearing a seatbelt while driving) is arrestable

Yup, I once got arrested for parking more than 18 inches from the curb, which was really suspect to me (I was maybe 12 inches, but no way 18+). So when someone came to bail me out it was $35, And the jail gives you $50 credit for every day you are in there (no matter how long). When I went to the municipal court to fight it, to see a judge and demand proof I was that far away, they told me I couldn't because the charge had been resolved because the fine was paid in full, the fine amount: $85.

Of course in the same town a couple years later I was in a rollover car accident that I was ejected out of and the cops came into my ER room, stripped me naked, handcuffed me to the hospital bed and took pictures of me, then when I protested they claimed I kicked the camera the CSI person was holding. In court for that charge (because of course I fought it) it came out that the person wasn't wearing a uniform, never announced them selves and wasn't injured like they said they were (doctors said they had no physical injuries, but they received workman's compensation for an eye injury), but that is police for you.
