BREAKING: Moscow says countries sending military equipment to Ukraine will be responsible if they are used against Russian forces.

If you're anything like me it comes and goes. Something about night time just amplifies my fears 10 fold, lately to the point that I've had shaking fits. I've never been one to stress, but fuck man this war is absurd.

It's wrong not to be worried knowing what's at stake, but also keep in mind that the chances of Russia just launching full scale nuclear war with no warning is near zero, even if Putin is insane. As many people have pointed out, the most likely scenario is a small launch in Ukraine and a subsequent de-escalation from the cooler heads. Still a terrifying thought, but much more realistic and palettable than 6500 nukes all at once.

The best way I've found to calm down is to talk to someone. Anyone. Send one of your friends a picture and start a conversation. Even joking around about the thought of a nuclear war tends to make me feel better.
