Brighton vs Everton moved to 1.30pm Sunday kick-off so it can be shown live in India... but game isn't on UK television

Everton's trip to Brighton this weekend will not be shown on UK television - despite it being moved to Sky Sports' traditional 1.30pm slot on Sunday.

Ronald Koeman's struggling side travel to the south coast looking for only their third Premier League win after an underwhelming start to the season.

But fans of both clubs who aren't at the Amex Stadium will be forced to wait until Match of the Day 2 on Sunday night to see highlights of the game.

Instead of broadcasting the top-flight clash, Sky will be showing the Championship match between local rivals Derby and Nottingham Forest as their early fixture.

It is understood that the decision to move Everton's trip from a Saturday 3pm kick-off to 1.30pm on Sunday was in case it was selected as the fifth match to be televised in the UK this weekend.
