I never once said Herbert isn't good. Herbert has had the tools and pieces to make the playoffs and has struggled to do so. The Raiders were an absolute dumpsterfire with Ruggs/Gruden and they still limped into playoffs over the Herbert led Chargers and put up a hell of a battle against the Bengals. Wilson may very well be number 2 on this list but I put Carr at number 2 because football is a game of what have you done for me lately. Also Wilson hasn't sniffed an NFC championship game in how long now where Mahomes has made 4 straight so not just judging off playoff success there but it's a combo of success and what have you done lately which will answer your "Isnt Wilson same as Mahomes then in your book" arguement. Wilson is just a season removed from 12-4 so I expect him to be number 2 quite quickly but Carr should be in that spot now. You can put Herbert 3 for all I care but Herbert and Wilson have a lot to prove before they can be any higher
