So the rig below should do TWC3 @ 40PS on medium settings. And, when you are ready, you can expand the hard drive and buy another 270x and SLI them and you will deff get 60fps then. Another 270x would only set you back $190, but you may have to expand the power supply, so be careful.
I did leave some things out. Mouse, keyboard, Monitor, Operating System. But sometimes these things can be found just laying around the house
