on the other hand i opened each of your links and only a few were relevant. of the two that looked at dog bites related to breed (the irish and spanish study) they were behind a paywall and breed data wasn’t included in the abstract.

two studies discussed the difficulty in identifying dog breeds accurately specifically with the term “pit bull” or “ pit bull type” but one used commercial DNA testing as the gold standard which as far as i’m aware isn’t really accurate either.

finally one of your references listed uk kennel club utility dog group being associated with increased risk of dog bites. that group includes the american bulldog.
