As far as I remember, there were 3 main reasons behind the dcv (which made sense back then) 1. Bugs It is well known how Buffy every content out of year 1 is. Filled with deadly edges, that neither kill you launch you into death 2. Space Bungie doesnt want their game to be bigger then 100 gigs (for whatever reason) 3. Engine The engine got a update last dlc, and before reintroducing certain activities, everything must fit with the engine. So, now why I think downloadable raids or activities is a good solution. The first point is practically invalid since every new content is as buggy as year one. Lol. The second point is basically not there when you don't need to have everything downloaded. The third part is also not really a problem, since the areas I mentioned (sotp and black armory) are still there, or in case of sotp, got reintroduced. So why is the raid still missing? I mean the literal chestroom after completing sotp is accessible by out of bounds? So, why is the raid missing, that's all im asking for
