The current domain owner is the owner of the forum/IP, and is also the senior admin.

Of course, the 2 others involved would claim that I am lying, but that’s part of my question I guess. How does one determine the true owner(s)?

Person A: * is the owner of the domain name, and has been for some time * recruited the 2 people who are now threatening to sue him * is the senior most admin

Person B: * never owned the domain * however, they did manage the server the site ran on * was a junior admin * was recruited by person A

Person C: * never owned the domain * was planned to be a 3rd admin before all this went south * put time/effort into a new server, expecting to also become the new domain owner * was also recruited by person A

I’ve done my best to remove my bias and just state what is objectively true. I don’t think anybody involved could deny any of the above.

Assuming this is all accurate, would they have any legal ground to say “our domain was stolen and our site was hacked”?
