I came from /r/atheism and no surprise my post was deleted...

It will be pointless if I go to a pro-evolution page. Why? It will just talk about science claims and stuff, that scientists say that no one here ever witnessed, nor seen nor understand.

Stuff like this is why you really do need to go there.

I am seriously concerned about where you got the impression that they would 'just talk about science claims and stuff, that scientists say that no one here ever witnessed, nor seen nor understand.' as that is almost entirely antithetical to the principles of science.

You seem to have built up a layer of wrong beliefs that are precluding you from learning about the correct ones.

The people there will do much more than just talk about claims, they will provide evidence to support those claims.

Here's a quick little example of some evidence:

Take a look at these flasks. Do you see how the middle one is cloudy?

If so, then congratulations, you have just witnessed evolution. Specifically, the E. coli in the middle flask have evolved the ability to metabolize citrate that the sibling strains in the other flasks lack. It is their growth in the citrate solution that is clouding the flask.

It is a profoundly false to say that no one has witnessed, nor seen, nor understood evolution.

We have witnessed the fossil record, which provides a material record of past life. We have witnessed the genetic code which governs life, and how the vast shared sections between species point to a common origin.

We have seen the forced evolution of wolves into dogs over the history of humans. Within a lifetime, we have experimented with bacteria and seen the emergence of novel traits. We have seen wild bacteria adapt to consume substances that did not exist a century ago.

We have understood the basic patterns of inheritance for over a century and more recently learned the chemical mechanisms which drive these patterns. We understand the abstract mechanisms of evolution well enough to harness it through computer algorithms. There still exist gaps in our understanding, but these are more avenues of exploration than stumbling blocks to overcome.
