If definitive proof of the CIA's involvement, along with the other bank controlled entities such as Mossad and the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia happens to be released to the public, the American reaction and world reaction would be much different. I really believe most low information Americans would blow off the info and stick with their preconceived notions that we are ruled by the good guys. Foreign states would disassociate with the Untied States and even worse if CIA meddling were to be fully revealed.
This is a complex issue. Imagine being in the shoes of Trump. You could reveal the truth like you promised, but if you do, you reveal the inner circle of the powers that be and in doing so you'd trigger a financial assault that would leave many of us to starve to death or to be murdered by others looking for your last can of Pork & Beans so they can feed their kid. There is something revealed to presidents when they take office. Every one of them change and back off campaign rhetoric. What they learn is the question.
