Just started a new job, the only guy I worked with seems absolutely normal, the boss seemed normal and theirs a psycho lady. Boss went crazy because while watching a WHMIS (They make you do it at EVERY SINGLE JOB here in Canada, I have done it like 50x in my life, not even kidding), I drew a turtle. She said I should have been watching the video, explained to her that I worked for YEARS in call centers and I can easily multi task on a computer, you kind of have to be able to be able to be able to do most jobs.
I drew a turtle. She saved the piece of paper I did it on and said: "I am going to show this to my manager". This was my boss, this was my 6th day on the job, for a part time job.
Other lady just cray. She had a mental breakdown toward me in-front of a customer (father, mother and a baby), all because I wanted to check to make sure the way I was doing something was right, she got mad because I did not want to do it the way she wanted me to do it, and that I was checking to make sure the way I measured it worked out. This machine does not have proper measurements, lol. The customers called in and complained, oh by the way this was my third day (5hour shift).

I hate to be this way, but with my experience with working with groups/or as a team, men do much better than women, I don't care if I get hate for saying this, women are fine in groups, its just when an outsider is introduced, they are usually the most aggressive toward the new individual, or whoever the leader is, and when the leader is a women (In my case, 90% of the time), the women in the office/building tend to have power trips, say "digs" and other little mean shit. Guys can do this too, but I have never experienced it as much as I have with men as I have with women.
It's hard, I am like 7 days in and these people are fucking nutbar and act like I should be running around the place like I have been there for several months, I am literally, not even joking. No organization, they sell stuff (won't say), but have no shelving in their back storage, they do not have a proper inventory system, its like 20-30 years old, ancient shit, looks like someone tried to modernize it with the way it looks but it is definitely at least 20 years old, you have to press enter like 3-5x to get past one screen and a bunch of other stupid shit.
This specific post is not about a coworker, it is about an entire place of employment that simply pissed me right off. Garbage place with no proper management, I did the 4 hour online "training" in 2 hours throughout like 3 days and drew a turtle and got in trouble for it.
