I'd wager it's not difficult to do, but it is very difficult to find the necessary information on necromancy to figure it out for the average person. Likewise with Chitin armour reanimation, it'd be the kind of thing I'd expect to hear from someone taking on Mannimarco at the peak of his power or one of the few Flesh Magic experts such as Relmyna Verenim and more to really mess with someone's head than to actually cause physical harm. (eg. Mannimarco letting a would-be assassin wearing chitin armour get within striking distance only for the armour to physically prevent them from dealing the final blow)

Wish Bethesda would allow us to build proper necromancers and the like ala that really well done mod.
