Why can’t the 2nd amendment of the United States of America be amended to reduce gun ownership and as a result the number of unnecessary deaths caused by it?

OK, I just wanted to make sure I understood you.

This is a baseless argument since your government has nukes and other weapons of mass destruction, so your guns won’t matter, not at all in terms of fending off your tyrannical government.

You made the argument, now you back it up. Try and imagine a scenario in which the US uses nukes and WMD's to stop an armed uprising. What are you even talking about? So you're saying they would nuke Phoenix because half the people own guns? Oh shit there goes billions of dollars of infrastructure that you relied on, and millions of people that were on your side.

You can insult my intelligence all you want, but it doesn't prove that you are right; as in, it's not an argument. All you're arguments consist of is saying that you're right, without providing evidence.

Can we please speak like intelligent adults to each other, without resorting to name calling?
