I see others in the comments saying you definitely won’t be able to transfer…they’re definitely wrong. I know of a student who transferred from Berkeley -> Columbia University and another who went from Berkeley -> Stanford. So technically it is possible to transfer. Whether or not YOU can transfer is an entirely different story. All universities that accept transfers have certain criteria (like the number of units you have taken and class standing). I think (am not sure) that you can only transfer if you have sophomore status or below. At 100+ units and a declared major I doubt you have sophomore status but am not sure. Check to be sure though.
