And the WHO's malice goes all the way back to December 2019 when Taiwan (not a member of WHO because China won't let them in) came to the WHO with their own reports from their oen investigators they sent to Wuhan in person.

WHO would not publish the reports (publishing reports does not mean that's your official position, WHO publishes "wrong" reports from countries all the time). They absolutely refused to.
